Step 1: Send your request: Submit your request for a quote, including the product series you are interested in. Please provide as much detail as possible, such as dimensions, quantity of each item, color, and wall structure of your project (which can determine the best-suited installation materials) and we encourage you to attach any plans or drawings you have.

Step 2: Analysis before quote: A member of our sales will assess your requirements and determine if additional information is required. If so, they will contact you immediately with further questions or the details needed to complete your offer. This will happen within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Step 3: Receive a quote: The sales will send you a free quote based on the information provided. At this point, you may choose to accept our offer or cooperate with us to make adjustments if necessary.

Step 4: Place order and arrange production: Once you are satisfied about the quotation, you can go to paid the 50% deposit, we will make the shop drawing for you to check and sign after received your payment. After receiving your signed shop drawing, we will send your order to factory start production.We will not accept any modifications to the order after receipt of your signed drawing that over 24 hours. Please check all details of the order drawing before placing the order.
If you have any questions throughout the process, your sales representative will be happy to provide you with current information, answer any questions, and sometimes even provide pictures of the production site.

Step 5: Shipping & Delivery: One week before the order is to be completed, we will inform you to pay the balance of the goods, and you can arrange the cargo space independently, or you can use our cooperative forwarder.
