What are your main products?
HT102 series products are sliding doors/windows ,awning windows and casement doors.HT76 series products are awning windows.We also have Bi-folding door and glass louver windows.
What is the doors and windows surface standard color?
Powder coating is our profile surface treatment.Our stock and free colors are matt black, monument and pure white. Needs other than these three colors need to be charged according to the situation
What is your payment terms?
Usually, 50 percent of the deposit and 50 percent of the balance are paid before shipment.
How to install doors and windows?
Is there any difference from local installation?
Do you have an installation agent or can you assign the installation team to project site?
First of all, we will configure different installation accessories for different wall structures. Secondly, we will provide you with installation solutions or installation guides.
In addition, we can provide video installation guidance services.
Is your product AS2047 certified?
Yes, all of our windows and doors are certified with AS2047, and we also have glass AS2208 certification because Australia and New Zealand are our main markets.
When is your delivery time?
Usually,for regular orders,our factory will take 30 to 35 days to produce.Our factory’s processing time depends on several factors:the color of the profile, the glass configuration and the total square meters.
